Any body making the drive from So Cal? The misses wants to go warm this winter. We have a place in San Diego to stay. Might be able to kill two birds with one stone. Long Shot, but...

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this BC. Working on clearing the dates on my calendar and will likely book next week... My first split gathering was the 2005 one here, great memories... Wouldn't miss it...
Oh, and my vote is the "The Donner Split Party" as well...

I'm definitely interested and probably know at least one other dirtbag to share gas.
BCR, Is there a dirtbag option if I roll the camper? Meals only option?

UPDATE:
The lowest cost option that includes lodging will be to stay in the Hutchinson Lodge. It's only $25 per night and does not include meals.
We had originally thought the lodge would allow you to purchase meals in this option but now that is not available. If you stay in Hutchinson, you will need to provide your own meals. The lodge does have a kitchen and you will be able to cook there.
One of the goals is to fill the Hutchinson Lodge will all Donner Split Party attendees so we can rule the roost.
SD, You can stay in the camper if you like but the lodge at $25 per night seems pretty cheap in my opinion. The main Clair Tappann Lodge is $50 per night and includes meals.
Tex, For youtube, just use the video id, b8iHn9BrOew For vimeo use the whole url WITH the www

i could call to ask but i thought i'd chime in here first. any one know if there is still some availability? i'd be looking for a one night stay as i have work the 22nd and i'd be off-going the morning of the 23rd. it would give me a solid day out there. or, would i have to commit to a two night minimum? the trip sounds like fun. no doubt
Do you think that discounted rentals for the weekend would be a benefit to anyone attending? And/or do you think a splitboard rental would be a good raffle prize? I'd be happy to donate if you think it would have value.
