I'm interested for Sunday maybe...?
I've already got plans for tomorrow (Saturday) if any others are interested - we're planning to head up to Chair Pk, down the north side, and then up and over Roosevelt, then back along the other side of Snow Lake... sort of a long full day with hopefully some good descents. I think my friend will be on skis. PM if you're interested, I think we're leaving town around 6am. (probably not a good tour to "test drive" gear on though).

figured i should BUMP this old one. if any of you guys want to head up north for some SR542, let me know.

Curious how the snowpack looked to you.

hey ssattler, yeah me and leah went for a few turns (literally) on sunday. we woke up early and between the weather and avy forcast decided to go back to sleep. later we remembered that leah needed pictures for an article she is writing for a local weekly paper, so wee headed up just to get some pics of skinning and transitioning a split.

suprisingly the weather was great, and as we saw the tracks that were put down (we didnt get out into the bagley lakes area until two-ish) it looked like we missed an epic day. the north facing, lee slopes looked deadly and most had huge fractures from previous slides. however, the south facing slopes were sunny, stable and sick. too bad we missed it
