aliasptr The boots are good, feet get a bit cold as the liner is super thin. I was on Scarpa Spirt 3 for 2 years and these are az lot smaller in shell size and alot lighter. Im not spliting this year as I have had an ankle cartlige transplant Only doing a few day at the Splitfest. Saving ankle for Heli in Europe in Feb 13

Love to see the old Burton splitboards in your projects like the Cascade and SPLT66. I love my 2004 Burton S-Series split, all in all I like also the S-Series interface. It is not so good while hiking and has its issues, but in ride mode the interface beats any others, and the board just kicks ass. Tried once the new Burton Freebird completely different board and it sucked compared to my oldie Burton. Nice to see that you get them new life. Those old pre-voile Burtons are great
