It's a real bummer for Jones to have all these production issues.

Not sure if any company was dialed before their first production run. I also think Jones doesn't fall into the normal manufacturing schedule either.

First and foremost, Jones seemed to rush production to release the Solution to time it with the "Deeper" release. Very smart marketing move to boost sales exponentially. Splits are hard to build and I think Jones was over zealous in adding all the extras like inner magne with a company who had yet to prove themselves building for Jones. It was pretty risky promising boards so early without having gone through a first production run, but sometimes that is what it takes to gain market share in any industry. I am pretty sure come next year, we won't see most of the problems we are encountering today with quality from rushed production and super late delivery times. No doubt next year will be better for Jones Snowboards.
