Well, maybe...
I was riding through some slush and the tip was kinda sunk.
I hit a fairly thin buried branch with the nose and it went between the board halves, tore out the left front chinese hook (couldn't find it), and got stuck really hard in the bindings. Made for a very amusing ride down =)
Anyway, I'm wondering if the board is salvageable. I was thinking I could ptex the torn insert and get someone to drill another pair an inch or two closer to the nose.
Anybody know where I can get replacement chinese hooks? Will - still making the anodized ones? do they come with bolts? I guess I should contact voile.
I will post pictures once i find my !#@~$ iphone cable.
Good thing my friend can lend me a Mojo for this weekend =)
Sup Man, Sorry to hear about your mishap. We'd be happy to fix her up for you but I think that shipping would cost you about $100 each way to and from france. We could fill the old holes for the chinese hooks with glue and re-drill some new ones, we'd also give it a overhaul tuneup free of charge if you want.

Funny thing is I couldn't get it out till I got home and worked on it a long while. I had to ride the rest of the way with the branch sticking out like that =D
that's painful to look at. Once you got it apart was there any serious damage? I would gather that you could get a new hook and bolt it on there. I'm sure that someone here has some spare parts around...
