i found a pretty good deal on a khyber, but it's a 170cm. i'm around 185-190, 5' 10". prior says go shorter, b/c of the khyber's design. is 5 cm really going to make that much difference up here in alaska?

I use a 170cm MOJO from Voile... I use to ride a Cascade 170cm.... My malolo is a 162... could i go for a bigger board? Yeah of course... I'm 5.11 and 180lbs... running in the tight woods of the Northeast...

So my suggestions would be: If the deal is so good, go for it! Especially if you're riding in open bowls, it shouldn't be a problem!
