Sometimes it's fun, but mostly it feels like a clown board.

I had no intentions of posting again this season, but this quote is so full of win I couldn't resist. That was just fucking funny; like water through the nose funny. From this day forth I shall refer to all boards of this ilk as clown boards. :D

hey, i'll jump in.

the board is heavy for its size. wait, it's just plain heavy. maybe heavier than my jones 164.

just cause jimw can drop a chute on one, doesn't mean it's a quiver killer.

Oddly enough, it weighs the same as a normal Burton 148cm deck. With voile hardware, k-clips and lt blaze bindings, it weighs the same as my 163 juice wagon with cartel ltd bindings.

[quote="philip.ak"]I have to say that today only reinforced my impression of a small and sporty riding deck. I'm looking forward to pushing around some spring corn on this thing.

Today's laps with my wife:

So what does your wife ride? And would the spliff be an option for her that she would enjoy?

My wife has a Burton Antisocial 151. I have often thought she would probably fit on the Spliff pretty well. The dimensions are pretty close to her Antisocial if not even smaller.

I love to try different things and am willing to spend some time adapting to new equipment. She just likes to ride what she knows she enjoys and is less interested in changes to her kit, so I haven't had her on the spliff yet. Maybe this winter...
