They are all flat when you stand on them... I'm on the Banana side of this debate. As many of you may be aware my home Mtn (Steamboat) is on the flat side. I used to hate having to decide which board to ride, hated riding tapered long ass boards. Thank you BTX.
PS- F Burton I've been boycotting since the dissolved the Uninc brand, but moving the Open to Fail is just Weak.
hehe I started boycotting burton when I snapped 3 decks in a season back in 2001. They warrantied the first two but at the time, it was my powder board, a burton 7 162, and I rode many powder days on my 155 struggling while waiting for replacements . I will never buy another. I think they're garbage. Been riding Libs ever since. On the other hand, I do think they make good bindings

Boards do not have "decamber". Decamber is a verb, not a noun. A rider decambers a board by pressing out the camber, i.e., applying pressure to the waist with the feet.
I'm not holding my breath to see rockered boards on the podiums of the racing disciplines.
I know exactly what I am talking about regarding decamber on race snowboards. It is a widely used term and a very good design detail.
Do a search for "decambered nose" on google for starters.
Google says it's a term widely used by a few people on internet forums.

Yes, and if you get off your internet forum, you can find it used widely by a few people in the real world too.

Christmas in July, well August anyway. Backcountry has some new splits. Gnu and Rome splits are now available. I've also seen sites that have burton freebird and spliff. Also the Venture web store has their '13 lineup available for pre-order. Only a handful of months till the snow flies.
