 Post subject: Direct mount Dynafit toe pieces

Does anyone have advice on direct mounting my Mojo 166 with Dynafit toe pieces? How do I locate the mounting holes, how deep do I drill and what size bit should I use?

I don't use dynafit, but I know a lot who do use the spark jig.
