I'm a backcountry newbie and figure this is the quickest way to get started. If I can gather 5 more people the cost is $113/person. Any other n00bs interested?

They are great guides and I went out with them the first time last season in the Lakes area behind Mammoth. Purchased a used splitboard this summer. If you are looking for a partner to hit some local backcountry in socal after you take the class, shoot me an email (matstcloud@msn.com).
