Roommate wanted in Breck $600/month
One room in a 4 bedroom house. Shared bathroom with a girl. right now its 2 girls, and 1 guy (me). 1st last and security, lease runs through Aug. 31, 2010. 2 smaller dogs living here now, maybe another if you have one and it gets along with ours. About 5 minutes north of Breck (near Tiger Rd.). Utilities not included- Cable/internet ($118/month), electric/gas ($200/month) trash is $92.00 every 3 months, water is $45/every 3 months.

Low key, definitely not a party house.

I'm a snowboarder, like to ride in bounds and really trying to start exploring the BC. Do a lot of hiking in the summer. One girl is also a snowboarder, never ridden with her, not sure how good she is. Other girl is a beginner skier.

Great views, huge porch, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, fenced yard for the doggies, bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Sweet house, shoot me a PM if interested.
