Bodhi, SmokinFatBob, DutchMarcOS, myself, and a couple others are overnighting Sat-Sun. We're hoping to make camp and then summit Saturday :shock: and then make a couple more laps Sunday before making the trudge out. You heading up?

Thinking about it. Would have to summit saturday and be back at the truck that evening. What time you guys heading out. If I do go I would be bringing two huskies (friendly to other dogs).

I'm driving up Friday night and sleeping at the trailhead. Otherwise, I'll oversleep Saturday morning and not make it on time.

Also, I'm bringing my Australian Shepherd (dog friendly as well) and Bodhi might be bringing his Golden. Sounds like we'll have a dog park going on up there ;)

Im still kind of spotty if I will make it (work). If so, I will be there at 4:15 am,gray GMC pickup Z-71. Checkng local site-snow valley says 6 inches, baldy says 6-12 inches. Everybody got avalanche gear?

As far as I know, everyone that's going has proper gear and training.

Also, I think this storm was on the warm side so that that should've helped with bonding the new to the existing snowpack.

If you get there and I'm still sleeping, bang on my windows and wake my ass up. I'll be in the silver Pathfinder with the Thule box on top. Thanks :)
