Finally took avy 1 , finally got all the split doohickeys and whatnots , ready to start venturing into the BC. Any of the Bay area people mind having a n00b tag along on their next foray? I'm only available on weekends though, sadly.

Hey Dood... Actually, I'm in the same mode as you, looking to hook up with some folks with a bit more experience to show me around for some turns before the splitfest in April.
Anyone available for some turns this weekend, either day, both days, etc.. 14-15th? Coming up from the Bay Area, so something around either pass would be a lot easier than anything east side... But I'm game to travel if it's the difference between some turns or no turns..
Edit to add the normal profile stuff.. been boarding for 14+ years, skied for 13 years before that... have taken the basic avy 1 weekend class in Tahoe a few years back... Did the last Tahoe splitfest a couple years ago, but haven't been riding BC much since then... Usually riding the resorts with my wife...
