Looking for split-riders riding the SLT region. Riding Carson Pass, Tallack, Angora, Echo, wherever, etc.
• Intermediate/somewhat advanced board rider • Avalanche, Mtn Travel & Rescue and Outdoor Emergency/First Aid trained (Ski Patrol, boarder) • Prior BC knowhow and experience • New to Tahoe area; so very basic geographic knowledge so far. But navigation skills and common sense are good!
Looking for like minded dirtbags with proper equipment and training, who knows what the "Ten Essentials" are and the difference between Indy, Tail and Tindy.

I also have a M-F, 9-5 job but try to get up at least every other weekend. I have been riding for over 15 years but am just getting started in the backcountry. I have winter camping/backpacking experience (on snowshoes) along with tons of summer backpacking experience. I've also got navigation skills, basic first aid skills and have read a lot of avy stuff but limited direct experience
My girlfriend and I finally got our splits and are making our first skin tracks this Friday somewhere in the Tahoe region...
Definitely looking for any kind of backcountry partners in the Sierra.
hey you look familiar, you don't work at FOX do you?
I'm on business travel through Friday, then leaving for a snowboard trip to Utah for the next week. More near the end of March will be around town again.
