I am thinking about it, but wasn't sure what these storms were really going to do. Mark bailed on me completely so I'm solo. I'm itching to get up though. If you would be into it, let me know where you were thinking and I'll check for clearance with the boss...

I'm out. Mrs. has a conference that starts Sunday afternoon...

Sounds like the magic is coming in Sunday night. Hopefully some folks are sick next week and post some good pics.

I'm an ATer but if you won't hold that against me...I'm planning on heading somewhere between Bridgeport and Convict Creek NEXT weekend (Feb 19/20-22). Sorta depends on the weather (snow/avy hazard may get me to stay in Tahoe) but if anyone is interested in coming with or wouldn't mind me tagging along let me know. I have lots of ideas, not enough time.

Anyone going out this weekend? I'll be up in Truckee, and was thinking of Donner Summit, or maybe even Jakes.

Let me know if anyone's out, not sure about the conditions currently.

Anybody up for *assen on Friday (3/27)? Should be a nice break between storms and a lot of new snow. Not as much wind up there either.

Observations from the ski area (AM) today showed snow sticking in places I haven't seen in years. South facing was getting a bit sunbaked, but everywhere else was holding the goods. Aside from a few cornice failures, stability was bomber. Tomorrow would be a good time to get something big done. If anyone has something on the agenda, shoot me a pm. Otherwise, I may have to check out the circus on Tram Face and do an afternoon lap on the West Shore. Tough to complain either way.
