Hey, it's me again. I'm actually in the Tahoe area now (kings beach/incline) looking for a/some partners to maybe show me around. Been riding with a bunch of ladies the last couple of days, which is fun, but am ready to ride some bigger steeper lines. (Ones which I can't see the road from maybe). Hope to hear from someone soon, I'm heading back to Alaska Friday.
Thanx

Go to The Backcountry in Tahoe City and Truckee. They'll hook you up with a suggested solo ride if you can't find a partner. Check out their webpage too, some of the mainstay rides are shown in detail. For snow safety stuff check out the Sierra Avalanche Center's webpage.

I'd normally be stoked to show you some fun lines, but I'm on injured reserve right now. The more popular spots like Mt. Rose and Jake's provide a good variety of lines, and there's enough people that it's easy to hook up with random people in the parking lot, or at least be in the vicinity of other skiers if some shit happens to go down.
