Hey knucklesplitter -- do you want to get in touch with my friend John? I was teaching him to board at mt. rose so that next year he can be a splitter... Want to help?

Sure. Have him (or you) PM me whenever. I'd be happy to show him around once he starts splitting. I'm not much of a boarding teacher though.

Change of plans, KS.

I'm heading to Wawona for a family snow weekend. BCR's hookey thread made me rethink the weekend. Not to mention the guilt for leaving for a multi day trip soon.
