So I hear Sonora pass will be open for memorial day, anybody want to check it out? I've never rode in the pass so I'd be very stoked to hook up with some folks who know where to find some good lines. Or if the pass doesn't open I'm game for anything on the west side of the Sierras.
I'd be stoked to get out too. I'm not sure yet about next weekend. I tried to rally a trip for this weekend. I've been up to Sequoia many times, both winter and spring. I'm still considering heading up there today after work this afternoon. I have a free place to stay in Three Rivers, it's about an hour drive to Wolverton from there up the General's Highway, which is gorgeous. I was thinking of exploring Panther Gap, which may include some hiking depending how much snow is left.
If not this weekend, we'll talk next week about Memorial.
