Jack...
I emailed you earlier this week- evile123@hotmail.com. Appreciate the reply... I'll definitely be taking you up on that offer. I'm busy on T-day weekend but the next two following weekends are wide open. Let me know if you'll be heading up. It's a bit of a drive but I'm down. Them slopes through Stephens Pass were lookin' steeep!!!

I moved to Vashon from the east in the middle of last winter and am looking to get out there, mainly on weekends, but being a teacher i get big chunks of time off occasionally too.

so anything on Hwy. 20 is fair game, as is up towards Baker. Anyone who wants to go up Sauk mtn. shout out, it's got a cool desent to a lake, about 1300 vert. with a ride down the front on the way out.

If I get my 178 split before the weekend, I'm going to need to take 'er for a test drive, Sunday would be the day.Got any suggestions for a easier type location for it? I say easier because Sauk would have me a little gripped coming down the front side on a freshly split board. However, nothing like going for it though!

Dang, 178! I'm scrambling to get mine up and running now. I got it used and have to switch the pucks around to regular. With any luck I'll be using it as approach gear for ice climbing on the Baker seracs this weekend. Anybody here climb?

Yeah, I'm kinda in the go big or go home group. Like longer boards for most things, except trees. I do a little mountaineering, no ice climbing yet. SWMBO would have a cow if I started something else new! One more BD black prophet and and some screws and I'd be ready to start. But just purchased a used swallowtail and will not push my luck......yet.
