After graduating from school and then watch my close skiing/boarding friends go off to Japan, Jackson, and Mt. Baker, I am in need of new partners to join me in setting skin tracks, boot packs and single ( or two, if you ski) tracks in pow.
Right now, I live full-time in denver, and work 40 to 50 hrs at Whole Foods. I am Level I and II certified, and have spent some time researching CO snowpack in my undergraduate years. As a result, I have gained a good understanding of snow hazards around these fine mountains. Generally, I make conservative decisions as to continue riding/being alive week to week, but I do like to ski the "good stuff" aka the steep, the deep, and drop cliffs whenever possible.
I have limited ski/snowboard mountaineering experience, nothing any bit more technical than booting up a couloir. However, I am a very quick learner, and have been interested in expanding my horizons because of the many great opportunities here in the spring.
Anyways, pm me with your contact info if you're "in the market" in the summit county, front range area.

Well, unfortunately, I am going to be coming back from a week long vacation, and there is no way I'll be getting away from work for another couple days haha.
