I am going to be up at whistler with my girl from sunday thru tuesday. Paying my dues and skiing with her at the resort on sunday and tuesday. I have monday to get out while she does her resort spa experiance and whatever else it is girls like to do.

Would like to do something significant. Other then hearing a couple of must do's, I haven't gotten down to researching yet. Maybe you have something you would like to get done. I'm fond of exposure and steeper terrain. Capable of a 30k and 2,000 meter day? My conversions could be off a little.

Fully equiped and well practiced.

I can highly recommend hitting up Fissile - the terrain is steep and there are plenty of cool lines to keep you busy all day. Banana chute is the main draw but if you like it a bit gnarlier then you'll definitely want to check out psycho chute. There are also many other lines options if you head to the peak plus there's plenty of exposure on the ridge traverse to get those juices flowing.

Its a decent skin out there, if at all possible head out the afternoon before and overnight at the free Russet Lake cabin right at the base of Fissile so you can squeeze more runs in on the Monday.

Probably can't do the hut thing. I'll have my girl and our dogs, and I can't leaver her alone for the night on her vacation. I'll have to do some map study.

Also, tit for tat, I can exchange the hospitality to anyone who comes down this way. Although I don't know why you would do that.

Update...

Decided to stay up in BC for a while. Tuesday eve I am taking the bus to Revi and staying until the 16th.. Holler if you wanna do something on wed or thurs. friends are rolling in for friday thru, but I think they are going to do a day or 2 of ice climbing.
