So I am scheming on setting up a small snow board specific randonee race in the Kooteneys

there would be a split board division and also a snow shoe division

I have been in contact with Red Mtn resort rossland and they are interested and can get their backing for this slack county boarding event.

This whole idea would be weather, avi conditions pending

I am wondering who would be interested? there will be a participation fee, and there should be prizes beers and good times

It is just at its infancy stage, A bunch of us are figuring out if this is possible in such a short time and if you know of any one that could help or sponsor this crazy idea let me know
