Looks like there may be a new event in the works. Cascade's Corn Fest is hopefully running in May 2012, (if we're all still alive) at Timberline Lodge on Oregon's Mt. Hood. There are several options for lodging at Govt. Camp, but Alpine Camp should be going off if the snow has melted. There will be prizes for most vert, best line, and strongest boot pack in a.t., telemark and splitboard categories. Proceeds are slated to go to NWAC. Still in early planning stages but there should be some demos from BD and other companies. Let me know if any PNW riders out there wanna help out.
