Anyone headed up to Vertfest at Alpental this weekend? I'm told they're "splitboard-friendly," and Karakoram is supposed to be there. Details at <http://www.facebook.com/vertfest>. Backcountry Film Festival afterward in North Bend.

Skinning race on Sunday apparently has a splitboard category, but I'm not sure - I'm trying to confirm details with the PR guy about this and other vendors that may have booths set up.

I'm thinking of heading up to check it out and maybe participate in some of the "events" (classes). PM me if you're thinking of going up.
