As far as Central Oregon(actually all of OR) goes the snow is a currently a bit unstable. Today 2 separate avy's closed HWY 20 just past Hoodoo today. Not a very common phenom in that area, a very obvious sign.
We've had a good 2-3 feet of new in the upper elevations in the last 2 days with a few more due in the next 24 hours. Right now most of the N. facing stuff is very wind loaded. Fun is on it's way, but be patient and wait for these new windslabs settle. Could clear up one day this weekend.
