Great history of reported avalanches in the High Peaks region of the Adirondack Park, NY, and interesting commentary on Adirondack snowpack characterisitics in general. A good read for any East Coast shredder.

Just heard there have been three slides in the region over the last few days. One in the dacks and two on mansfield.
