The first death of the season in Colorado
Juhttp://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_3189757 just thought I would post this to remind everyone to be careful
I was up there Saturday at butler gulch We defiantly hear some womping on some low angle stuff. So the sings were there.
I was up at the pass when this happened. The slide happened around the time we were getting ready for the first hike. The initial news we got was that it was a close call. Unfortunately it turned out to be much worse.
Stuff was very tender up high and the warning signs were all there. It's way too early in the season for this to have happened.
