Howdy everyone! If you haven't heard, Colorado's snowpack is huge right now, ~110 % in North, ~130-170% in Central, and 120-150% in Southern. I've never seen as much snow down low in the Central valleys. What this means is big vert and a more stable snowpack. Reminds me of the eastern Sierra in some places, Canada in others, and Utah elsewhere... Now and through June is the time to get after it, and enjoy these rare occurences. Heres a few shots from the past weeks. Colorado gets my vote for great spring skiing this year.

Agreed...but the avy variance is frustrating as hell! One week we've got melt-freeze and stability, the next week we've got winter storms and wind loading all over! WTF?!
