My last TR was a little lacking in split action so here is a couple shots from a recent trip to the 10th mtn Eiseman hut in CO. One of the best huts in the system in my humble opinion

this hut has plenty of snow



first day, we rode some short fun north facing stuff, because it got a little warm and this was the softest stuff around.

Meanwhile, back in Tahoe, I just couldn't hack it very well today. Tired after some mellow ass tour.

Sorry, we built a fire and drank a lot of margaritas after todays hike and bandage session.

This was just this past week, we lucked out and had the hut to ourselves for the first night, 2 other folks showed up the following days. weekdays are fairly easy to reserve spots, winter weekends are tough

Sorry don't have any inside hut photos, it sleeps sixteen, has solar, propane and everything but boose, food, and sleeping bags.

the only downside was breaking trail for 6.5 miles and knowing there was still powder to be skied.
