I heard the burton run of those noboard pads was not up to par for the noboard guys. They have since severed ties with burton. I heard the rubber was crappy or something. I could very well have this wrong though, just thought I'd throw it out there, maybe someone can set me straight.

Isn't the point that for a mere 136 stinkies you can buy a burton fish without the annoying hole pattern, split, and drill your own inserts?
Warning; the noboard pad seems legit to me, but you shoudl be warned that the board is NOT the standard fish construction; it's a much cheaper build. That said, for 136 you really can't go wrong, and i think it'll be up to the task....

The pad is reset into the board and the board has a different core than the regular Fish models. Keep that in mind if you're thinking of buying this, removing the pad, and drilling your own inserts. The thickness of the board is thinner than what a standard insert is so it may not work out.
