 Post subject: TR - Punta Escarra (The Pyrenees, Spain)

There was not a lot of snow here two weeks ago, but Punta Escarra could be worthy (the N couloir, on the left side).

There were three people climbing and one more going down. This one told me that the snow was very hard. Actually, the ones who were ascending had left their skis on the bottom.

Since it was a bit late and I didn´t feel like being on my own (the other climbers were already at the top), I decided to check the snow at the entrance and make up my mind.

It was really hard, so trying to ride it from the top could have been dangerous, so enjoyed the views for a while, and ride just from the cone.

This slide on the right side was really icy.

It´s falling heavy, right now :D , so I hope there´ll be more chances before summer.
