Well, it's been a while since we've had much to talk about. After our last circus tent adventure during Christmas break, we hit a long, long, painful dry spell. We're talkin' 7 weeks with 9" of snow. Not good. It's freakin' Utah! This isn't supposed to happen to us. You know, 'the greatest snow on earth' thing!
Anyway, we've had a few days out and even spent a couple at the resort! Yeah, pretty sad! But, all of our pain and waiting finally paid off. Mother Nature kindly put down about 20" in the last 10 days, plus a nice fluffy foot overnight. Very nice. Avy conditions were pretty sketchy, so we found a tame little hill and left our mark.
Boardergirl... finally getting some pow turns! Yeah baby!
This picture says it all... (note the reflection of the thrown horns in the goggles!)
E in need of a snorkel, but no one is complaining!

I forgot how much I like face shots.

Yeah, we love pow pow!
Some of our lines.
Another great day in the Utah backcountry... FINALLY! Now here are a few shots from the last month and a half, that aren't quite as epic, but still pretty o.k.
E chargin' it last Saturday.
Gramps, doing what he does best.

E on the way up.
JB rockin' the snowboard instead of skis! Yeah baby!

Gramps huckin' his old meat.
Another day, another mountain. E found some nice faceted snow.
No new snow here, but still happy to be out there. Boardergirl.
When you don't have new snow, you have to do something to stay entertained... maybe a little disco on a mountain! B-girl.
Fogged in Valley below.
Let's just say the ride up was a little bumpy. Good thing we brought our rock sleds.
E testing out the new Burton Splitty. Hopefully this one won't explode like last year.

Boardergirl droppin' it like it's hot.
Sorry about the long post, but we thought we'd save it all up for one big dump.
Have I mentioned that I HEART BIG DUMPS!!! YEAH SNOW!
