(they had the machines fired up by 8am and moved about ¼ mile during the six hours we were gone. And they haven't even hit the deep part yet!)

What Dan didn't mention was the Gnarley line he rode off the Plateau, He isn't going to say anything, but it probably was a first descent.

BCD, were those your tracks on Mt. Gabb? I skied in there on May 8 and saw tracks up there, and prolly a campsite on the rockband near the bottom. Coulda been you?

Probably. I rode down the east face back to camp near Toe Lake.
