Almost didn't go up when I got to TH & realized I'd left my poles at home. Broke a couple of tree branches off & made do. Beautiful day ~ 1' of new that pit indicated was well bonded to old(very old) snow; no decent shears or instabilities...not much wind below or above so it was a good day. Sorry no action pic as I was solo this time. Only bad was the trip out - new skin glue didn't hold & snow was very wet & heavy by afternoon. Got old skin glue cleaned off well & new seemed to apply real nice - dunno what happened - even managed to lose a skin???(I know -how in the hell do you do that?).
