Made my way to Revelstoke and Rogers Pass in search of good snow, shredded both sides of Reve (Selkirk and Monashee Ranges) with some good company. Treepilot gets all the credit for putting together such an awesome event at stellar venues his passion for splitboarding is contagious.

Thanks for sharing. There's got to be more pictures and TRs out there from this Splitfest? I don't know about the rest, but I'd like to see and hear more about it....

I took more photos this year than all previous Canuck Splitfest combined! Though still no action photos, unless you count this one which really embodies the whole concept of the event. Coming together and helping your fellow shredder. It's about the group, not the individual. No one is bigger than the sport, the event or the skin track.


I guess this one is a good one too. Darcy is the perfect embodiment of doing it for the right reasons. Greed might foul some people, but not him. Despite winning 3 of the 8 grand prizes, he went home stoked for giving two of them back to others. May he never have to break trail again.
