Well that decides it, I'm canceling my trip to Steamboat in March and going to AK in April instead.

Cordova, yesterday: Another strong argument for the splitboard.

After enduring through a sunny 500+" low tide season last winter in our part of the Chugach and traveling south in search of snow we will take a return to normal up here. This is a La Nina I can live with!

Just curious, what do you do in Cordova? Jealous!

Yeah, we finally got some precip this year. But as soon as I started to brag about the snow, it RAINED all the way to 2000' (the peaks here are in the 3000's range, the most) There's a reason most of ski bums live in Valdez.

Anyway, to answer one of the question, I'm a research assistant for a non-profit science organization. Most of the people in Cordova fish or doing something that relates to fisheries.

Don't worry, temps are supposed to drop again tomorrow. My fingers are crossed anyhow.
