You wouldnt know by the looks of it but there was some pow to be had around Carson Pass. The week old snow held up nicely due to the low temps at tahoe all week.

Some nice first pow turns of the season here and a mile of turns back to the car. Caught a few rocks on the way back but nothing damaging and then a fun jamming ride back to hiway 88 in the snow

Good stuff! I made a few turns up carson pass recently as well. As of yesterday, there are patches of protected pow up high. Nothing to get all worked up about, but enough for my first turns of the year to remind me why I love winter.
