went up to mt. hood to ride park at high cascade. long story short i need a new acl and lots of rehab.

my leg is already pretty f'd from my previous knee surgery 18 months ago. it had been all atrophied and i had been working on getting it strong. now i got prob a year or so of therapy before its back to 100%.

Damn bro I'm so sorry to hear about this!!

I've missed 2 seasons out of the past 6 due to injury. PT, internet porn, and :guinness: does get old after 6 months... BUUT, you do come back with a whole new appreciation for what it means to be healthy.
