Hey, I need to transfer Outlook from one computer to another but I won't have the new computer yet. How do you copy Outlook onto a memory stick? Right on.

its been awhile but I think its File -> Import/Export -> Export to File -> export to pst file?

Outlook and I are mortal enemies and anything that should work, generally doesn't work for me....

But I'm pretty sure HikeForTurns is correct, the .PST file is an archive of your emails. Probably be able to do a clean install on the new machine and then import the PST.

it depends on what version of office you have, 2003, 2007. But here is a walk through i found on microsoft help.

Its just a matter of exporting all your data to a .pst file. saving that file somewhere else(like your thumbdrive) and then importing that file back into the new program. But be aware, of what versions of office you are using because im not sure if you can go from 2003 to a 2007 or the other way around.
