Has anyone ever represented a class in a class action suit? I'm working with a lawyer right now and the whole thing is confusing. I'm looking for anyone whose had experience. If you won, was it worth it, after all the litigation costs, and the lawyer took his cut? If you lost, did you get a bill for litigation fees?
