Longer-term, this is a splitboard binding question. Short-term, I'm asking primarily for in-bounds reasons. Not sure where to post this thread, so I'll put it here...
I have a pair of 2009 Burton Cartel bindings that still have life in them. Is it possible to retrofit them with something to add 2.5 to 3.5 degrees of cant?
If this isn't an option, who makes bindings with cant? What models? (I don't have nor do I intend on getting a Burton EST-style board/bindings).
I like my Driver X's and Malamutes (stiff), but my legs kill me immediately above the boots on the outside after a long day of riding to the point that I nearly regret riding in the first place. Crappy, hard surface or variable conditions make it worse. Narrowing my stance would probably at least partially rectify the problem, but I don't want to dick with my bindings all the time. This is primarily a problem after doing lift laps, but it is starting to bother me after yo-yoing in the backcountry on my split as well on my Fuse baseplates with Bent Metal highbacks and straps.

Why don't you just get some shredsoles? I've been thinking about getting some, but havent yet. The founder splitboards also, and he says the cant doesnt bother him while skinning, check out their facebook page.

You're welcome. You know man, he said it's no problem. Hit him up on facebook...he hooked me up with some free stickers. I've been riding with superfeet for years, but they are trashed. Soon as we get some snow, I'm going to get some. Maybe we can ask him about doing a snow chant group buy!

Trigger pulled on Shred Soles. Thanks again fitit! I sent a message with my order asking the Shred Soles dude to hook you up in the event you order some.
I'll try to post a review after I've had a chance to ride in them.

I got Shredsoles last year & posted up some first impressions somewhere here. It's been about a year now, and so far no complaints. The canting is nice when riding, but quite subtle. Don't really notice anything different about my skinning.
