Old Burton Boots 2 1/2 pounds a piece 5 total thirty two ultra light boots 1 1/2 a piece 3 total Fuse Bindings 2 lb a piece 4 total Ride Bindings on Voile plates 2 1/2 a piece 5 total
I used a bad scale, not digital. Just from feel it seems like the boots are noticeable lighter than my old ones. The Fuse Bindings are lighter but are in the same ballpark.
Not really a weight guy but when you're older and skinning at 11,000 ft some things matter.
Ps if anyone wants my old Voile bindings let me know.

Glad to see this thread. As a backpacker I weigh stuff out to the gram and as I got into splitboarding I took that mentality over with me. I carry some gear that's more durable and therefore heavier when boarding over backpacking but weight is still a HUGE concern. Doing four or five thousand vertical with extra ounces is one thing, but doing it with extra pounds? - - I don't think so!
