i am currently riding a burton driver 8.5 but i bought it a few years back when i wasn't riding as much. most of the boots that i am trying now are 7.5, and i plan to buy new boots in the coming weeks. my burton mission and cartels are both mediums.

should i go with the small or the medium fuse? website says that small is less than 7 and medium is 7 to 11. shop says i should go with a small (which, by the way, is the only size it has left). anyone with smaller feet have a thought on this? also, seems like mediums will be backordered until january/february (and it's going to dump again this weekend in truckee).
