I just wanted to give some public recognition for the great customer service I have gotten from the crew at Spark R&D. An essential component for building customer loyalty...

First, when the OG batch of ignition 1's was going out just a bit too close to a hut trip for comfort, Mr. Ritter shipped them to me early.. and the mismatched colors just like I asked.

Then, this spring I had a warranty issue. The warranty was already up, and I am lazy... So, I just kept riding them, and then even started using the BM baseplates instead. Finally got around to emailing Spark this summer... no problem!~ Got a brand new pair of base plates!
Year and a half later, and wil even remebered I had one red/black bases.(or more likely he keeps good records).
