 Post subject: Avoid "death grip status" on your strap bolts

Just a heads up not to overtighten your strap bolts on the Ignition II. I did this before a 4 day trip to Ostrander Hut, and pretty much each washer holding the straps in cracked or broke. Some metal washers from Fritz saved the day, and the folks at Spark R&D helped a brother out with some new plastic pieces once I got back. Cheers fellers.

Here's one about to fail from getting torqued to death on a 10 mile tour:

We've had a few riders have those anchor washers break, overtightening and cold weather seem to be the main culprits. Should you break one just drop us a line and we'll get you some new ones: info@sparkrandd.com or 406.580.9884.

I just wanted to clarify that I dealt with the good folks at Spark RD before posting this, and they helped me get replacements asap. My post was meant purely as a PSA.
