I just threw a slider track, one pin w/ leash, a mountain plate set, four screws and four T-nuts on my kitchen scale, and it came out to 500 grams even.

Hmmm......w/ my F1's comming in at 5lbs 15oz. and La Sportiva Spantiks@ 5lbs 1oz....Sparks at....................stupid math. Ill figure it out later, but it sounds close.
