Dude. I've been wanting a set but "The" waiting list is SUPER LONG...how's it going? The new site looks nice.

What is your standard turn around to mock up a set?
How are your set-ups? Tooling?

Interested in any outsourcing?

Nice work on the website Will - it looks good! The new binders are working great - so light and functional. I just received the crampons today and am hoping to break them in soon, though with the winter we're having here in Oregon it may be a little while

Nice site, Will. I was looking around and I love the FAQ "how do I keep my nuts from falling off?"

The answer should have been simply "wear longjohns."

Love the new site, a bit more user friendly! can't wait to get a pair the bindings, but the way the winter is going here in the bozone i'm in no hurry, i'll be getting face shots come July! Oh, and I didn't know about the shirts, I'll have to pick up some Spark apparel when DQ finally cashes in!

Thanks for the props folks, it's a big relief to have that site launched. We have a few little bugs to fix up but all in all I'm really happy with it. What are your suggestions for improvements?

More new and innovative products would be cool.

Yeah, how about some split specific boots. vibram sole, soft boot flex, etc. etc. etc.

How about an axe head that can be bored into a three peice pole? One with an articulating head that can be folded down would be even better.

How about a skins tail clip system that doesn't need a ton of modification? Maybe a fold of the skins like the old burtons that has a metal loop connecting to an elastic or rubber Y harness that clips over the tail?

I like the mountaineering sole soft boot idea too, I'd buy two pairs of those.

How about an inflatable device that straps to your pack straps and surrounds your neck. It inflates with small O2 cylinders NOT CO2 and after you deploy it during a slide for head and neck protection it adds volume to the facial pocket you have in the snow AND the bladder fabric slowly leaks the O2 into this facial pocket to prolong recovery time. I think the ABS units are CO2 and who needs more CO2? Great for if you are on top, but if not...

LaChance, thanks, I had seen these before, but what type of gas is in the canister? My wife would worry a bit less if I sported one of these, but has anyone here had any experience with them? They look relatively small on the pack and huge when inflated, I bet they would do a good deal of head and neck protection based on the fill volume. When they deflate though, if you are not on top what gas are they spilling into your facial space?
