Hello,

I ordered spark blaze +MR Chomps 2.0+LT Pin System Blaze the 1/11/11.
Jan 14, 2011, I ask about the status of my order.
"This will ship in 7-10 days from time of order" was the answer.
Until now nothing, I try to ask again but no answer just that Spark R and D is attending the ISPO tradeshow in Munich Germany.
I'm in France, did you in US get any problem with spark webshop ?
Did someone in Europe order sparkwebshop ?

Chris, hang in there. The guys at Spark are completely and totally reliable. The owner is currently in Europe but there should be staff at headquarters that will get you taken care of.

Hey, same here - ordered 28. january. Still nothing.
Spark: if you cant ship within a couple of days - please inform your customers.

Last time I checked, most winter sports manufacturers ONLY SELL TO RETAILERS. Be grateful that the AWESOME folks at Spark even offer direct sales, let alone direct sales to individuals in Europe.

I know you guys want your gear and want to go ride, but you should have planned and purchased your stuff before the middle of the season. Most manufacturers and retailers are completely sold out of splitboard gear for the year.

Plan ahead and be ahead of the rest.

I think that Spark like to be close to his customer and I like that.
If it's not possible to get gear after 15 december, just let us know.
If there is a webshop, nothing sold out, should I put a order ?

Spark just give a answer.
