In the process of getting a split board and a winter tent for some trips. I'm still searching for the right sleeping bag for colorado. Any one have any experience or tips for sleeping bags? I have a pro form to serria designs so I was mostly looking at there sleeping bags which come in 6 and 12 degree temp.
I got a Zero degree Kelty 600 down bag and it works great. I got the "Long" model which allows you to put stuff in the foot area. On a cold December yurt trip everyone else was shivering and I was warm with just my boxers and no thermals or base layer.
