I've given it my best shot but I just think that this tool is wrong for my backyard: tight VT and NY tree riding. If I lived in the Wasatch this post would not be here, in fact, I'd be on the board today riding the fresh snow they just got.
Therefore with much regret I must offer up my beautiful Burton Splitty for sale.
Specs: '04 Burton Split S 170. Includes all orginal hardware all in perfect condition. This includes the toolsack, the skins, crampons, instructions, etc. I also have an extra tip/tail clip that I will throw in (good to have an xtra in the bp).
The board has been ridden 5-6 times, the skins have been used once and are in mint conditions. The board has one repair on the base (a beautiful repair too, even matched the base color) and the edges are in great shape.
Top sheet has a normal wear at the binding baseplate but the rest of the topsheet is mint.
The board looks like this:
PM me if you are interested... I got it broform so I only want to recoup my cost, which should be a good deal for the board, considering when new its > $800
